I am sure many of you already know this game, but for those of you that don't, here it is. I have been playing this game with my oldest son. It can usually entertain him for 15-20 minutes, which is a long time for a four year old. We play it at home, in the car, and when we are stuck waiting and he is growing impatient.
Its very simple. You take turns saying "I spy with my two little eyes something ____" (fill in with color). Then you or your child guess what you saw that is that color. Take turns back and forth. My son thinks this is great.

My daughter has fun with that one too. She makes up stuff though, which makes it hard for those of us that are guessing!
ReplyDeleteYes, my son just agrees with the first thing I guess. Kids are funny.
ReplyDeleteOh boy, we play too. Only H gives so many clues...like I spy something gold that is hanging from the ceiling and hook shaped and has a plant hanging from it...
