10lbs in 28 days weigh in – Week 1

Ok ladies I actually had a few of you sign up for this, and I want to see how you all did.

How much did you lose? Did you stick to it?

How did I do, you ask?

I lost 3.5lbs, so I am right on track of where I want to be (even lost an extra lb!), I did the exercise, but wasn’t so great w/ my calorie counting. I had one day of PMS cravings that blew my calories out of the water, but I still lost what I needed to for this week so I am pleased.

  3. 3.5 pounds?!?! You go girl! I, on the other hand, have lost some weight as well, but not nearly as much: one fun pound! LOL!

  4. Pretty impressive if were you not even watching the good. You must have been doing some serious exercise. Didn't your hubby even bring you home some cake this week? :-) Great job!

  6. I've lost 6 pounds this week! I am sooooo pumped! I'm off to the gym today to do Pilates:) Good job on your weight loss!!!!

  7. Great job!!! But...me?

    Oh, pooo...

    Like maybe a pound? I am working my tail off in on the elliptical, and even eating in such a way that I am quite um, regular, which I know helps a lot! I will go today and run? elliptic? what do I call it? five miles today again and maybe by Monday I can report something amazing on my blog; or Tuesday. What did I get myself into? Sigh.
