About Me

mom3_edited-1

I like cupcakes, cookies, and Martha Stewart.

In fact, I would like to be re-incarnated as her.

I love to bake, to craft, and create.

I love the color purple, especially the eggplant shade.

If your a woman you know what color I mean, if your a man, I just like purple.

I have Bipolar disorder, it does not define me. I define it.

I am stubborn….and impatient.

I love to read, even things like poetry, and Shakespeare. There is a lot of beauty to be found in words.

I have a 2 year old son that has Leukemia, but it does not define us.

I love my mini-van. If it were a person, I would make out with it.

I am sensitive to harsh words, pollen, and loud noises.

I love to twirl in circles, dance in my kitchen, and sing off-key.

I have more faith in mankind than I should, I often get burned by it. I love too freely, trust too openly, and give too much.

I love the ocean, but am deathly scared to go in it past my ankles.

I say things I shouldn’t, before I even realize I have said them. My mind just happens to think a little faster than my mouth.

I like the smell of pine needles, coconut, and dirty boy.

I love to write and have been writing in some form since I was 13. Teen angst poems to come.

I hate ignorance, Cancer, numbers, selfish people, and HTML.

I like to daydream……a lot.

I don’t always sort the laundry by color, and I don’t use fabric softner, yes we have grey socks, and we love them.

I love to take pictures, but I by no means know what I am doing.

I am really into being healthy because, I used to be fat.

I live in Florida, but feel I am a Minnesotan at heart.

I like reality TV, the Internet, and dramatic movies.

I love spontaneity, its a little harder with a family, but we still manage some great spontaneous trips.

I have two sons, Rowan is four, Ezra is two. I have an amazing husband who loves me despite all of my quirks.

They are who I am, they define me.

  22. Hi!!! I found your blog looking for a tutorial on adding "grab 'em" buttons. And I should say, we've so much in common! :D

My prayers are with Ezra. My dad has Leukemia and though his is a case of CML, I can still pretty much relate. I'm positive he'll be cured completely! Cheers!
