Surprise! My husband and I are expecting our third child at the end of August!
I went yesterday for an ultrasound and got to see the little bean’s heart beating away. We are beyond excited!
I didn’t think we would have any more children after Ezra was diagnosed…because, what if the unthinkable happens twice? Well, we decided cancer had already decided enough in our lives for us. This is what we wanted before Ezra got sick, we decided we didn’t want to change our minds. Besides, we had already bought the minivan!
And yes, I know I look about four months pregnant already. I don’t know what to tell you, I got nothing. I just picture my little uterus giving a big sigh and expanding in one big breath upon conception. I have been showing since about 5 weeks. I get ginormous when I am pregnant, I constantly am getting asked if I am carrying twins, or if I am ready to pop any day, and I will only be 6 months along.
Fingers and toes crossed that everything goes smoothly…..
